Shipping Policy
We are excited to inform you that your beautiful prints will be coming to you soon! It typically takes about four business days (six for guest books) to print and ship your order from our facilities in Utah or Idaho. We bundle orders so that everything will be shipped together. Our flat-rate shipping is available for all US addresses, but unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally now. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.

Here is our estimated time of delivery:
– FedEx Ground: 7-9 business days
– USPS Priority Mail: 7-9 business days
– USPS Express Mail: 5-7 business days
– FedEx Standard Overnight: 5-7 business days
Please note: Orders shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight on a Friday may not arrive until the next business day. While we cannot guarantee shipping times, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery if you have a specific date in mind.
If you ordered a sample kit, we will ship it via USPS first-class mail, which typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Changing Your Order
If you need to change your order, please call us at (800) 443-5289 as soon as possible. If you receive your order and notice an issue, please get in touch with us within 14 days so we can work on a reprint for you. We always strive to deliver flawless prints but in rare event.
Picture Quality
Additionally, please note that the quality of your photo prints depends on the quality of the photo submitted. If you have any questions about how your photo will print, feel free to contact us for assistance. Our personalization tool will alert you if your photo’s resolution is less than 300 dpi. We cannot issue reprints or refunds for orders containing alert-triggering, low-resolution photos.
Color Accuracy The colors on your digital preview may appear slightly different than the actual prints, as a reasonable variation between the digital proof and the prints is expected. Our digital previews are usually 80% to 90% accurate in representing colors. If the color of your printed cards does not match your printed sample or our color charts (included with our sample packs), please get in touch with us about a complimentary reprint. If you’d like to reorder your cards in a different color, we’d happily offer you a discounted reprint.
Reprints and Refunds
Please keep in mind that digital previews are usually 80-90% accurate in representing colors, and there may be a slight variation between the digital proof and the actual prints. If the color of your printed cards does not match your sample or our color charts, please let us know for a complimentary reprint. However, we cannot issue reprints or refunds for low-resolution photos.
